Auntie Margaret's amazing chocolate brownies
- 1 cup margarine or butter or oil, melted
- 2 cups white sugar
- 4 tbsp cocoa
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 large eggs, beaten
Mix melted butter, sugar and cocoa.
Add flour, vanilla, salt and eggs.
Mix until just blended, do not overmix.
Pour in buttered pan 9"x13".
Cook at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
